Notching

Ready to go into production but can not justify the high up front cost of building expensive tooling.  Ask your Laser Tech representative about the possibility of notching. Notching is an alternative approach to producing rotor and stator laminations at a fraction of the price of conventional hard tooling.

Our state of the art CNC Rotary notching press utilizes a servo driven indexer capable of running speeds up to 1,200 strokes per minute. What this means for our customers are highly accurate parts that are not susceptible to position indexing errors inherent in older mechanical rotary notchers. The feedrates at which we can run will also work to your advantage from a cost to produce standpoint. We are an ISO9001:2000 Certified Company.
